FREE DELIVERY ON EVERYTHING!

Playing Cards Only offer 3 different tiers of delivery:

 

Royal Mail 'Standard Delivery'.

We like to offer our customers the option to send their order via Royal Mail's standard method, with Free Delivery available on any Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery within Mainland UK.

Please note however, that whilst Playing Cards Only will securely package your items and gain a 'Certificate of Posting' from the Royal Mail (as proof your order entered their system) we cannot accept responsibility for items lost by The Royal Mail. We are happy to provide you with a scan of the Certificate of Posting for the item to aid your claim with them.

May we therefore suggest that if your order is of value or you wish to guarantee your delivery that you upgrade to our Royal Mail Recorded 'Signed For' option.

Royal Mail 2nd Class Post typically  takes 5-7 days whilst Royal Mail 1st Class service which can take 1-2 days. Please be aware that First Class deliveries are not guaranteed in the above time frames by the Royal Mail. For urgent orders you may want to consider opting for our NEXT DAY service. You can select this option at checkout stage.

Royal Mail 'Recorded Signed For'

Playing Cards Only offer this service to provide you with peace of mind when ordering. Upon dispatching your order we will gain a Proof of Posting and a tracking number which we will email to you as part of our dispatch process. Click on the link to Royal Mail's Track and Trace website enabling you to enter the number we provide you with.

Please note that someone at your chosen delivery address should be made available to sign for the package.

International Orders

We are happy to accept orders from Europe and other countries. Simply select the International Postal options from the Shopping Bag, then enter your international address and your revised delivery cost will be calculated at the checkout. For clarification simply drop us an email.

When will my order be shipped?

Providing we receive your order by 4pm we will dispatch your order on the day of receipt. In most instances we are able to send orders right up to our last post collection at 6pm.

In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock we will send the remainder of your order and will endeavour to forward your out of stock item within a reasonable time. Of course we will inform you of this via email and advise of the estimated time delay.
